A dynamic coaching partnership can open new possibilities in your personal and professional journey. My services are designed to identify your needs and help you achieve a successful outcome.  These services include:
    * Personal or leadership coaching for individuals
    * Professional development coaching for business professionals, including teams and groups in the workplace; and
    * Workshops and presentations at professional meetings and conference events.

I adhere to the professional standards of the ICF Code of Ethics regarding privacy and confidentiality of what we discuss in our coaching sessions. We will enter into a coach-client agreement that describes mutual expectations, roles, and responsibilities. If you have an organizational or third party sponsor for my coaching services, our agreement will address the expectations of each party.
